Sql Result Grid Not Showing. When you use SQL Server Management Studio SSMS in SQL Server 2012 or later versions the ability to toggle the results pane may be missing. Result Grid Field Menu Right-click any field in the result grid to open the context menu for that field type.
Executing queries over an period of time caused the existing result grid in each query tab to be hidden when the grid was previously visible and prevented the results grid in new tabs from showing. I am not sure if the is a query issue. Id like it to display a grid but I do not know how to display them.
In the Options dialog box expand Query Results expand SQL Server and then select Results to Grid tab as shown in the snippet below.
